Home visits are available for regular patients who live within a 2km radius of the centre and whose condition prevents them from attending the medical centre. Should you require a home visit during practice hours, please phone 02 8865 0650 and ask to speak with your nursing staff to make arrangements.

The recall system enables us to contact you regarding any healthcare issues that require follow up with your GP. The reminder system – as the name suggests – enables us to remind you of future actions that need to be taken for your medical wellbeing. This would include matters such as annual check-ups, care planning, and immunisations.
