Dr Zhou attained his Bachelor of Medicine/ Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Sydney, and completed his residency training in Westmead and Auburn hospitals. He started the RACGP (Royal Australian College of General Practitioners) program thereafter, and kickstarted his career in the field of General Practice.

Dr Zhou also completed his fellowship (FRACGP) and has been trained in Implanon Insertion at Family Planning NSW.

He has always wanted to be a GP and enjoys his work immensely. Outside of work, Dr Zhou is also a father to his young and active boy.

His areas of interest include:

• Skin conditions and surgery, including skin checks – Having done my extended skills in dermatology and currently working towards Certificate and Diploma of skin cancer surgery with HealthCert
• Paediatrics – Completed Diploma of Childhood health with Westmead Children’s hospital
• Chronic Disease – Including Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease (Heart failure, heart attack), Asthma, Stroke, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, Chronic Kidney Disease, COPD.  Having done multiple rotations for geriatrics, respiratory, cardiovascular terms in Westmead and Auburn Hospital during my residency.

Beside the above certifications, I have also been trained in Implanon Insertion with Family Planning NSW.

After obtaining my High School Certificate from Normanhurst Boys High School, I went on to complete my Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Sydney. After graduating from medicine, I completed my residency training in Westmead and Auburn Hospitals. I started the RACGP (Royal Australian College of General Practitioners) program straight away and worked in the field of General Practice ever since. I completed my fellowship (FRACGP) within 2 years.

I have always wanted to be a GP and enjoy it immensely. I have been living in the Hills Area for as long as I can remember. I currently reside in Castle Hill and won’t be going anywhere. I am a father to my young and very active boy.
